- Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The United States Government intends to execute a renewal option using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Newport News, VA at Newport News Williamsburg International Airport. The Government requires 690 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 600 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
