- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall reference solicitation number W911RZ-10-T-3001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. Fort Carson intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for faux retail shop training aids. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 326199 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a total Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. All CLINs shall be quoted FOB Destination to Ft Carson, CO 80913.
