- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Expressions of Interest For Leased Office Space in Fayetteville, NC The United States Government seeks expressions of interest for leased office space consisting of approximately 5,056 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet. Twenty ( 20) reserved, secured parking spaces are required. Subleases are not acceptable. Space should not be located within the 100-year flood plain. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: West - Highways 24 & 87 North - Highways 301 & 401 and Interstate 95 South - Highway 301 & Interstate 95 East - Highways 24 & 53 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm; the Government may terminate this lease after the 5th year upon one hundred twenty (120) days written notice to the Lessor. The offered space must be fully-serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Electronic submissions will be accepted; interested parties should provide building address, square footage available, advertised rent and a picture of the building. S ubmissions by other than the owner or exclusive agent of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
