- J&A The U.S. Property and Fiscal Office of Vermont, Purchasing and Contracting Division negotiated on a sole source basis with GAP Solutions, Inc., 12054 N Shore Drive, Reston, VA 20190-5026 to provide services to administer supplemental child care support to families of deployed members of the Vermont Army National Guard. GAP Solutions will administer the child care assistance program by providing applicants with program information, receiving completed applications, determining eligibility, paying the assistance monies to child care providers, invoicing for reimbursement of funds, and completing various reports for the Vermont Army National Guard.
