- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for LODGING FOR YELLOW RIBBON EVENT in Los Angeles, CA during the period of 10-12 September 2010. This procurement consists of, but is not limited to the following: lodging for sleeping rooms, Staff OPS room, General Session room, meal room, (8) breakout rooms, childcare rooms, staff sleeping rooms, and additional rooms. In addition, there will be requirements for large conference tables with (30) 6-foot wall tables for registration and for vendor use, small tables w/chairs, audio visual equipment including projector and 10x10 (min. size) projection screen, childcare service with activities, meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in-between meals for the children, parking, and shuttle service between the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and the hotel. Compliance with all federal and environ-mental regulations and laws is mandatory. Solicitation number W9124N-10-R-0067 will be available on or about 25 May 2010. The primary POC is Jeff Post, PH: 831-242-6560. Proposals are due Tuesday, 8 June 2010 at 2:30 P.M. (Pacific Standard Time). This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 721110. Performance period is 10-12 September 2010. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-10-R-0067 will be available on or about 25 May 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished.
