- GeneralThe U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Willapa National Wildlife Refuge Complex, 3888 SR 101, Ilwaco, WA 98624-9707, has a requirement to purchase Aluminized Culverts for the Mainland Unit of the Julia Butler Hansen National Wildlife Refuge near Cathlamet, Washington. ScopeThe contractor will produce and deliver eight Aluminized Type 2 Culverts (14 gauge) to: U. S. Fish & Wildlife ServiceJulia Butler Hansen National Wildlife Refuge46 Steamboat Slough RoadCathlamet, WA 98612-0566 Government Furnished Items - NONE Contractor Furnished ItemsFour Arched Aluminzed Culverts 84" starting diameter (95" wide x 67" high) or similar, 14 gauge, 26 foot length.Four Standard Aluminized Culverts 48" diameter, 14 gauge, 26 foot length. PLACE/DELIVERY AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCEPlace of Performance: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Mainland Unit, Julia Butler Hansen National Wildlife Refuge, 46 Steamboat Slough Road, Cathlamet, Washington 98612. Delivery between normal refuge duty hours or arranged with Refuge Manager. Period of Performance: Delivered to the Refuge Mainland Shop no later than June 3rd, 2010. EVALUATION AND ACCEPTANCEAll culverts will be approved by the Joel David Refuge Manager prior to payment.*****************************************************************************************************************************************Basis for award is low price. This is a combined synopsis/Solicitation there is no soliciation or RFQ available for this procurement. This is a Set-Aside for Small Business. The NAICS is 332312. The small business size standards is no more than 500 employees. Any firm that believes is capable of meeting the USFWS requirements described herein may submit a response no later than 05/18/2010 by COB to be considered.
