Description
Statement of Work for Furniture removal and relocation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0484 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38, Defense Circular Number 20091229, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-1030. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 484210. Purchase the following: 0001- Scope of Work: Single 4-day phase, Bldg 74 SCIF/ISRD disassembly and removal of ALL ISRD and STRAT furnishings, transport to a designated storage location. Single phase, disassembly and removal during regular business hours of ALL ISRD and STRAT furnishings (approximately 74 straight and 15 corner/L-shaped workstations and 7 storage cabinets), transport to a designated storage location on-base including staging by item type, cleaning as necessary; vendor must work around all security and supervision requirements and must complete the project in the time of 4 business days, site must be left free of debris; services provider must be a licensed and trained Inscape Platform installer to maintain the warranty of the existing furniture as it will be reused throughout the facility; inventory, transport off-site and long term storage is not part of this scope of work Scope of Work Attached Shipping will be FOB Destination to 355 CPTS/FMFL DMAFB Tucson, AZ. The provision at 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
