- Notice of Intent Sole Source Requisition No. HF1026-0109-0001-000 The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC) on behalf of the Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General (DOD OIG ), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C) (1)-FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(b)- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Pen-Link, 5936 Vandervoort Dr, Lincoln, NE 68516 to provide Pen-Link Intercept V8 software site license and Pen-Link V8 Professional Editions Software site license. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
