This ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION: QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This contract will procure equipment to support the Dept Of The Navy with 25K Loaders. The resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Price.
