- Cradle Trail Sign-in Sheet SF30 - Amendment 1 SF30 - Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to provide: 1) Responses to questions asked at the pre-bid meeting: ******************************************************** 1. Sheet P1 of 29 of the Drawings states "Remove 4" existing gravel & reuse as directed by COR. Clean excess fill to be spread evenly over existing roadbed. Compact fill to be suitable for seeding. seed & mulch" *** Reply *** This note should be restated to say " Remove existing stone in the areas of the constructed trail that will be effected with the new grading plan. Transition the existing trail into the new proposed grades and reuse the existing gravel/stone by removing prior to grading and reusing as the finished surface material." 2. All clearing debris shall be removed from the project site and disposed of by the contractor, or shipped on site and disposed of in areas designated by the COR within 1 mile of the project after shipping is complete. 2) Sign-in Sheet from pre-bid meeting - See attached ===================================================== All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
