- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, Florida is soliciting Motion Control Systems, Inc. P.O. Box 115, New River, VA 24129-0115 on a sole source basis to evaluate, test, and repair one (1) each Motor S/N 003. Motion Control Systems, Inc is the manufacturer of this motor. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NSWC PCD, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407. The resultant contract will be a Time and Materials purchase order. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 335312, and the small business size standard is 1000 employees.
