- Scope of Work - Planned Maintenance on Floor Scrubbers 914th Airlift Wing/ MXG Niagara Falls ARS, Niagara Falls, NY 14304 10 February 2010 Purpose: To conduct scheduled maintenance on the 914th MXS floor scrubbers, keeping them in good working order and to increase life expectancy Work to be accomplished: 1. Conduct maintenance inspections, every six months, as per scheduling activity on floor scrubbers according to manufactures equipment manual. 2. To include inspection and replacement of normally worn parts as required that would meet manufactures standards, as per equipment manuals. 3. Inspect and replenishment of fluids, as required. 4. Lubricate parts as required in manufacturers manual. 5. Perform any necessary adjustments, as required, bringing equipment to meet operational specifications. 6. Perform any additional work upon contractor's written recommendation of worn parts, materials or equipment. Applicable Equipment: 1. Tennant Floor Scrubber, Model/Serial# - 7100/10131317 2. Building 850 A/C Maintenance Hanger- Model/Serial# - 7300/3416 3. Building 707 A/C Fuels Hanger - Model/Serial# - 550/5683 4. Building 820 Munitions Shop - Model/Serial# - 443C/0914279 5. Building 827 Propulsion Shop- Model/Serial# - 5700/13410 Notes: Contractor must have thorough working knowledge of equipment. All parts replaced must be of manufacture original specifications.
