- RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (Contract Number 200-201-33747) with Novartis for FLU vaccines as follows: 2 each Fluvirin® vaccine package presentations - NDCs 66521-0113-02 and 66521-0113-10. The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractor Novartis under Contract Number 200-2010-33747 which was previously competed and awarded in FY10 This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing to Cherie J.
