- THS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GS-07F-0061, HSCECA-07-F-00045 to provide armed guard services in support of a General Services Administration (GSA) construction project. This contract effort is funded in whole under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protection Service intends to issue a Modification P00035 under HSCECA-07-F-00045 for this effort. This effort is funded in whole with $64,089.60 by the Recovery Act. The guards will be procured to stand post at the GSA building during ARRA funded construction at the PJKK Federal Building, 300 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96850. The contract for this effort must contain the following FAR clauses: 52.203-15, 52.204-11, and 52.212-5.
