- Bill of Materials This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. These products are requested under a brand name justification with authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-a(c). For the ease of reviewing all quotes, please keep all the part numbers in the same order as listed. Offeror must quote on all items or none. The Air Force is requesting that respondents propose open market pricing. Discounts are encouraged. Please see the attached Bill of Materials for the products requested. FOB Destination. The ship to address is: 1.) Wright Patterson AFB, OH 45433 Delivery schedule is thirty (30) days after receipt of order. Delivery is FOB Destination. Proposals shall be received at ASC/PKEIE, Attn: Michael Hohl via e-mail at Michael.Hohl@wpafb.af.mil for receipt not later than 6:00 PM EST 06 May 2010. Contractor must be registered Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award for solicitations issued after 31 May 1998. DUN/CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov/.
