- THIS CONTRACTING ACTION IS BEING OFFERED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA). The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) has a requirement for the construction of a new solar hot water system to pre-heat domestic water for the Support Services building located on the NCTC campus in Shepherdstown, WV. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Period of performance begins June 28, 2010 through October 15, 2010. A site visit is scheduled for May 12, 2010 at 1:00 PM; please contact Randall Tiqui at 304-876-7762 or email Randall_Tiqui@Fws.gov to attend. Contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. RFP 97310RR005 will be available on or about May 10, 2010 and may be accessed at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The time frame for submitting proposals is being expedited in order to meet ARRA deadlines. Proposals will be due by 3:00 PM, May 28, 2010. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this Agency.
