- RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (Contract Number 200-2010-33742) with Merck for FLU vaccines as follows: 3 each Afluria® vaccine package presentations - NDC's 33332-0010-01; 33332-0110-10; and 33332-0010-25. The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractor Merck under Contract Number 200-2010-33742, which was previously competed and awarded in FY10 This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing to Cherie J.
