- Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT In Tupelo, Mississippi REQUIREMENT: Area of consideration: The city limits of Tupelo, MS Lease Term/Occupancy: The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the lease. Expressions of interest shall include the following: -Building name, address, associated literature with floor plans -BOMA Office Area s.f. and rate per BOMA Office Area s.f. -Site plans, aerial photos, pictures, etc. Proof of ownership is required prior to award.
