- The U.S. Joint Forces Command's Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) intends to procure Computer Associates (CA) Aprisma/Spectrum software licenses and maintenance renewal for 1 Year to include: - Updates/Patches- Upgrades- Telephonic/Online technical support It is the intent to solicit this requirement on an other than full and open competitive basis pursuant to the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition in Section 201 of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C. 501), as implemented by FAR 8.405-6. Computer Associates (CA) is the only firm that possesses the requisite expertise that will be necessary to provide the required services. The requirement will be solicited among Computer Associates (CA) authorized resellers. Respectfully request all Computer Associates (CA) authorized resellers submit quotes for the attached line items.
