- Photo 1 of 3 Photo 3 of 3 Photo 2 of 3 The purpose of this notice is to seek sources that can provide the service described below. The contractor must be able to provide the following service to Maxwell AFB, Alabama: 1. Non-personal service to furnish all labor, transportation, and services necessary for the design, fabrication, and installation of a new wood display frame; must match current displays (please see attached photos). 2. Frame of 5' tall by 7' long, with frame border of 2.5". The frame must have a glass front and must be capable of accomodating graphics of 90" by 43.75". 3.
