- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation RFQP05071000018, for the requirement of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE. This is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424410, which contains a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 100 employees. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being the week of July 6, 2010. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, 4205 Highway 66 West, El Reno, OK 73036, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance and price will be considered with prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 3, 2010 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
