Description

GENERAL SURGEON/PROGRAM DIRECTOR SERVICES Services, Personal -Provide One General Surgeon/Program Director to provide General Surgical and concurrent postgradute training (80%) for up to 24 General Surgery residents at the Keesler Medical Center (KMC), Keesler Air Force Base Mississippi. The Surgeon shall have (5) years of experience in General Surgery and Trauma Critical Care and (2) years experience as a General Surgery Program Director of a fully accredited residency program. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED with a NAICS code of 621111 and a small business size of $12.5 million. The period of performance is 1 Jul 10-30 Sep 10, plus 4 one-year option periods to extend for a total of 57 months. All responsible sources may submit a quote and at least 2 references, which will be considered by this agency. This request for quote is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and award will be made in the form of a firm-fixed priced contract. The solicitation will be posted to http:www.fedbizopps.gov/ on or about 20 May 2010. The solicitation may be downloaded for FedBizOpps, since copies will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award of contract with any DOD agency. Registration maybe accomplished at http://www.ccr.gov.
