- Furnish and deliver to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Colebrook River Lake, Colebrook, Connecticut one (1) new and unused Agricultural Tractor Type, Four Wheel Drive, diesel powered (with cold weather starting aid)Tractor, similar or equal to a New Holland U80B. The final amount will reflect the trade-in of one (1) 1996 Ford Tractor/Loader 545D with a heated/air conditioned deluxe cab. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and 100,000. This solicitation will be available on or about 18 May 2010 and will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) which links to the FedTeds website (see below). Prospective contractors are required to self register their firms on the Internet to receive this solicitation. Registration instructions are available on the internet at https://www.fedteds.gov. Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests will be accepted. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business and is available only to contractor(s) under GSA Schedule 23 V, SIN 271-101. The applicable NAICS code is 423830 with a Small Business Size Standard of 100 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
