- This solicitation is only to correct the marked block of Recovery and Reinvestment Action to "No", which is not applicable.All other terms and conditions remains the same. Solicitation, SPM4A6-10-R-0777, is Unrestricted, IQC10104009055 will issue on May 3, 2010 with a closing date of June 03, 2010. NSN is 5365-01-112-6464, Spacer. Sole source of supply is Whittaker Controls, Inc. Cage 79318, Part Number: 133777. Surge and Sustainment is not applicable. Not commercial and not a Critical Safety Item. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to include a base year plus 4 option years. The estimated annual demand for the base year and each option year is 937 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year and each option year is 234 each. The guaranteed maximum quantity for the base year and each option year is 937 each. The maximum annual quantity is 1873 each. Requested delivery is 67 days ARO. Clause L17C01 52.217-9002, Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offer for part number items. Automated Best Value system applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
