- RECOVERY. GSA PUBLIC BUILDING SERVICES OFFERS THIS NOTICE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to contractors recently awarded a fully-competitive, multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Construction contract for GSA, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 1, Boston Service Center. This requirement will be competed and awarded subject to fair opportunity requirements under these contracts. All awardees under the multiple award contracts are small businesses. This notice is not a solicitation for offers. This procurement is a task order for the construction of the VRF system at the John J. Moakley Federal Courthouse in Boston, MA. Work includes the installation of the variable refrigerant flow system on floors 10 and 11 of the Moakley Courthouse.
