Description
The full solicitation is now posted at www.FedConnect.net. RECOVERY -- This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). PROJECT INFORMATION: The Salem District Office of the Bureau of Land Management requires the labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for the removal of limited existing waterlines, exposed abandoned fixtures and valve boxes, as well as, but not limited to the installation of new water lines and equipment required to produce a complete and operational water system. Work will take place at the Wildwood Recreation site, approximately 14.5 miles east of Sandy, Oregon on State Highway 26 at MP 39.2. The corresponding NAICS Code for this contract is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. As a result of the corresponding NAICS Code and Designated Industry Group, this solicitation is NOT SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This requirement is priced between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00, and the estimated start work date is October 1, 2010. The solicitation, any amendments, and all attachments will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public. The Treasury Accounting Symbol (TAS) associated with this project is TAS::14 1112::TAS.
