- Description
- The Base Bid work consists of the demolition and replacement of approximately 2,400 SF of acoustic tile ceiling and associated lighting in Ash Hall. Additive alternate A could add an additional 1,100 SF and additive alternate B could add an additional 1,700 SF. Contractor shall protect and re-hang existing smoke detectors and any emergency and exit lighting. IMPORTANT DATES TO NOTE : LAST DAY TO REQUEST BID PACKAGE-5/20/10 MANDATORY WALK-THRU DATE-5/25/10 LAST DAY TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS VIA EMAIL-5/28/10 ALL BIDS DUE-6/4/10 TO REQUEST A BID PACKAGE, THE INTERESTED VENDOR MUST SUBMIT AN EMAIL REFERENCING THE SOLICITATION NUMBER, WL1002. SIMPLY REQUEST THE PACKAGE AND IT WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA FED EX NEXT DAY DELIVERY. PLEASE KEEP THE ABOVE MENTIONED DATES IN MIND. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS FOR THE MANDATORY WALK-THRU DATE OF 5/25/10. IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM SUBMITTING A BID.
