- Description
- The contractor shall provide all updates, patches, and technical support necessary to support Cisco Software and Support Services for Tinker AFB, OK in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and Performance Work Statement. Performance Period includes: Basic Year - 15 May 2010 thru 30 Sep 2010, Option I - 01 Oct 2010 thru 30 Sep 2011, and Option II - 01 Oct 2011 thru 30 Sep 2012. It should be noted that all contractors are required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database, at http://www.ccr.gov prior to award. In addition, contractor must be registered at http://orca.bpn.gov (on-line Representations and Certifications Application). Numbered note #1. Note: Due to system problems, Solicitation FA8101-10-Q-0018 will not be issued. As a result, prices are to be provided on the attached Equipmnet List. Due to the nature of this requirement, the Service Contract Act does not apply to this procurement....it will be procured as a Commodity.
