- Modification 1 RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. A firm fixed priced contract modification was awarded to Affiliated Construction Group, Inc of Helena, MT for the Modernization of the Fort Keogh Livestock and Range Research Laboratory. The original contract was issued non-competitively pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The purpose of this modification is to incorporate proposed change orders 1 and 2, installation of PCB ballasts and air clearance testing, for an equitable adjustment of $9,516.00.
