- Dive Services and Equipment Installation. Offeror shall furnish a 3 man dive team in accordance with OSHA and USCG (US Coast Guard) regulations. All necessary equipment to run five belly bands of 3/8 inch wire rope under the vessel Monticello shall be furnished. Divers must be certified with surface supplied gear.
