- Question: When mentioned that the building needs to be placed on a permanent foundation, do you mean perimeter stem wall (At grade level) (concrete) or steel piers and ABS pads, resulting at a set height of 30inches above grade? Answer: The foundation at Turkey Creek is a series of spread footings and CMU piers. The contractor that is moving the trailer will need a crane to lift the trailer onto these CMU piers. The foundation contractor is responsible for being on site during setting of trailer and welding the trailer frame to integral weld pads that were placed in the piers. Question: Do we have to disconnect and connect electrical, gas, water and sewer lines or will that be done prior to breakdown and after transportation? Answer: The utilities have already been disconnected from the trailer at PCMS and the contractor does not need to connect lines after transportation. The quote due date has been extended to 9:00 a.m. Mountain time on 05 May 2010.
