- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912EQ-10-Q-0024 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 532411 with a size standard of $25M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation on company letterhead to include all charges for the following items to be delivered in accordance with specifications below: CLIN 0001:2 each, Marsh Excavators, Model SC-312065 or equal, 30 day lease CLIN 0002: 1 each, Swamp Buggy, Model SBHD-2008430-42 or equal, 30 day lease CLIN 1001:Option, Additional 30 day lease for CLIN 0001 CLIN 2001: Option, Additional 30 day lease for CLIN 0002 SECTION A DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/WORK STATEMENT A-1.The Contractor shall submit detailed specification sheets to show that the products submitted adhere to all the requirements contained herein. SECTION B DELIVERIES B-1.Deliveries Quick turnaround is necessary in order for the Government to fulfill its mission. Therefore, the items to be supplied under this purchase order shall be delivered to the job site on 6 May 2010. Jobsite is located at intersection of Belle Chase Highway and Walker Road, near Oakville, LA. Prior to shipment, the Contractor shall coordinate delivery with the following personnel to ensure someone is present to receive the equipment.
