- RECOVERY-TORTOISE FENCING BEAVER DAM The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting bids to provide installation and construction of approximately 63,000 feet of fencing material to be installed in Northern Arizona. This project is funded from the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009. As such, it is subject to specific quarterly reporting and Buy American Act requirements to be met by the contractor. The period of performance is 160 calendar days from notice to proceed. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this project is 238990, with a size standard of $14 million annually. This project is a total small business set-aside, with an estimated magnitude of between $100,000 and $250,000. A firm-fixed price award is anticipated.
