- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for CUSTODIAL SERVICE at USARC, Silver City, NM. This project will consist of, but is not limited to the following: Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other supplies and services to manage and perform all operations for custodial service. This will include wipe/clean/disinfect toilets, urinals, showers, mirrors, fixtures, and drinking fountains in the lavatories. Also, includes removing trash/recycle from trash containers, recycle bins, and police grounds. In addition, duties include sweep/vacuum/mop/spray buff hardwood and carpeted floors, and dust mats. Contractor shall replenish janitorial supplies as needed. Square footage frequency chart and floor plans will be provided in the solicitation for this project. Solicitation number is W9124N-10-R-0060 will be available on or about 6 May 2010. A SITE VISIT is scheduled for Wednesday, 12 May 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (Mountain Standard Time). Site visit location is 500 E. Pine Street, Silver City, NM 88061. All questions pertaining to this procurement must be submitted to the Contract Specialist no later than Tuesday, 17 May at 10:00 a.m. (PST). Proposals are due Monday, 24 May at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time). This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720 with a size standard of $16.5M. Performance period is one base year (12 months) with four (4) Option Years. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-10-R-0060 will be available on or about 6 May 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov), and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/).
