- Freestanding Horizontal Rail System Characteristics Permanent Horizontal Lifeline System Characteristics Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation (Request for Quotation) reference number is FA5205-10-Q-CM06. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38. This procurement is NOT a set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 332312 - Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing. Offerors are required to forward proposal and technical documentation by 1630 JST 6 May 2010. DESCRIPTION: Fall Protection Systems for Misawa AB. Please refer to the attached RFQ No FA5205-10-Q-CM06.
