- FISCN Portsmouth Annex, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME intends to negotiate via a total small business set-aside, a firm fixed-price contract utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation for the procurement of LEVEL 1 SLIDE VALVE manufactured in accordance IAW NOSC drawing no. 708-2995476 REV-B, MIL-I-45208 or ISO 9001 standards, QA Level 1, with DD-1423 Data Requirements, Welding Technical Publications, and RT, PT. Specifications and data requirements shall be set forth within the written solicitation. Drawings, testing, and technical publications shall be mailed to vendors upon request only after the solicitation is issued. The solicitation, N00189-10-R-P312, shall be posted on or about 10 MAY 2010 via a separate notification. Telephone requests are not authorized and shall not be accepted. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 332911 with a small business standard of 500 employees. Important notice: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration applies. Lack of current registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information may be obtained via the internet at www.ccr.gov or via telephone at 888-227-2423.
