- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, FL (NSWC PC) is soliciting proposals for fabrication of one hundred and twenty (120) Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) ramp system block assemblies. This requirement is 100% set aside for qualified Small Businesses. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. The contract will be awarded on a technically acceptable lowest price basis. The contract period of performance will be for one hundred and twenty (120) days after contract award. The solicitation will contain a drawing that is distribution limited to DoD and U.S. DoD Contractors. Requests for the drawing must be submitted via e-mail to matthew.kopp@navy.mil. Requests must contain the vendor's Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code to be considered as potentially eligible to receive the controlled data. Delivery will be FOB destination to the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City Receiving Office. NAICS Code 332313 applies. SBA Size Standard is 500 employees. FSC is 2040.
