- Question: Are all potential proposers required to pick up a solicitation package or can it be sent electronically / via mail? (5) Full name, email address and telephone number of the individual with a courier badge who will pick up the solicitation package on behalf of the company. Answer: Please see the latest amendment, eligible vendors may be sent the solicitation package via email. Since the (6) items are required to be answered, you need to submit something regarding your courier, which may be that a courier is unnecessary as the company presents a classified email address. Question: Can you advise if the proposal to be submitted from the RFP will be classified and if an unclassified response will be acceptable. Thank you. Answer: It is your responsibility to determine the classification of your documents. If a company determines its proposal may be unclassified, the Government will accept that determination. All submitted proposals will be evaluated.
