- Forging, Plug per Dwg. 11579994, Rev. A; For: 81MM Mortar. Quantyty: 525 each. Approximate Dimensions: 4.82 inches X 2.66 inches. Material: OPTION I - Steel Bar per AMS 6484, AMS 6417, AMS 6415 or AMS 6414/OPTION II - Forging per ASTM A723, Grade 2. FOB: Destination, Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY 12189. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) and will be listed under Watervliet Arsenal. This solicitation incorporatesa Technical Data Package that cannot be provided via the internet and contains information that has been designated as Militarily Critical Technical Data. Request for the TDP need to be in writing via e-mail to laura.schumacher@us.army.mil along with a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreemen! t.
