- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA), PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO ARRIBA CORPORATION, 1302 INGLESIDE ROAD, SUITE 200, NORFOLK, VA 23502, AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) TASK ORDER CONTRACT FOR DESIGN-BUILD CONSTRUCTION, AS A MODIFICATION TO AN ORDER ALREADY ISSUED UNDER THE CONTRACT. The U. S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) posts this notice of intent to issue a firm-fixed price modification to task order (T.O.) T0001 against Contract Number WC1330-09-CQ-0062 with ARRIBA Corporation of Norfolk, VA, to abate asbestos from existing HVAC piping and ductwork for the Facility Restoration for NOAA, Marine Operation Center-Atlantic (MOC-A), Norfolk, Virginia.
