- Sources sought synopsis to provide the following: Procurement, installation, and transportation of all materials required for modifications and upgrades of 10 each Yemeni Air Force MI-171SH aircraft; provide procurement of non-standard aircraft components and spare parts in support of 10 each Yemeni Air Force MI-171SH aircraft; including initial spares, as necessary, to support for a period of nine months; including acceptance tasks and transporation of all deliverables; provide manpower support for installation and certification for all upgrades and modifications to 10 each Yemeni Air Force MI-171SH aircraft, and provide technical documents and operators manuals required for the continued airworthiness of the aircraft.
