- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award asole source contract to Cubic Corporation, located at 9333 Balboa Avenue, SanDiego, CA, pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a). The proposed contract is a follow-on effort from the Common Data LinkSystem (CDLS) contract to procure 3 additional CDLS systems; procure fifteenKI-11A subsystems, a form, fit, and function replacement to the currentlyfielded KI-11 cryptographic module used in the CDLS AN/USQ-167; procure anEngineering Change Proposal (ECP) and eleven (11) engineering change (EC)kits for Aircraft Carrier-Tactical Support Center (CV-TSC) integration; andprocure engineering services. This effort will be a cost plus fixed fee andfirmfixed price contract with a period of performance from September 2010 throughfiscal year 2015.
