This is a Sources Sought Announcement only. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Palo Alto Health Care System - Monterey Clinic Division is seeking potential sources capable of providing Ground Maintenance Services.The VA intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The proposed NAICS code is 561730 The business size standards is $7.0 million The VAPAHCS - Monterey Clinic Division is located at: 3401 Engineering Lane, Seaside, CA 93955 At this point in the procurement process the VA is performing market research to determine the interest of Service Disable Veterans Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Hubzone Small Business, and Small Disadvantage Businesses (8(a)). No formal solicitation document exists at this time.
