- MMLS Technical Requirements Document. This notice is a Request For Information (RFI) or Sources Sought to determine if sufficient capability exists within industry to satisfy the USAF, ATCALS Program Office's requirement for a 5 year Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) or Annual Services Agreement (ASA) to sustain/maintain the AN/TRN-45 Mobile Microwave Landing System (MMLS) in accordance with the attached Technical Requirements. Respondents should provide capability, knowledge and expertise of the system. As well as provide a Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimate in order to assist in the USAF determining a budgetary estimate. This is not a Request For Proposal or an offer to do business at this time. The USAF will utilize information received under this RFI to determine the acquisition approach that best satisfies the Governments requirement. Questions should be directed to the Contracting Officer identified within this notice. Closing date for responses is 14 May 2010, 4:00pm cst.
