- Replace Gate 5A HVAC Westinghouse Anniston (WA) is soliciting cost proposals for a vendor to perform the following scope of work: Several attempts have been made to repair 03-GATE 5A-HVAC-001-SC including parts replacement. It has been determined that HVAC unit 03-GATE 5A-HVAC-001-SC needs to be replaced due to its age and material condition. Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to perform the below scope. Contractor to replace the existing split system heat pump with new of similar size and performance. Contractor to perform a complete replacement to include line set and disconnect. The line set will include a heat pump bi-flow liquid line filter drier. Contractor to ensure the replacement unit will be a minimum of 13 SEER, 2 tons, 208v/1 with electric secondary heat equal to the existing air handling unit. Contractor to install in the horizontal indoor fan coil unit a condensate pump to drain water from the condensate pan.
