- Description
- On 02 April 2010 the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport issued a synopsis for planned solicitation N00253-10-R-0001 for design, production, installation and support of Technology Insertion (TI) Hardware for TI-12 and TI-14 for Program Executive Office Submarines. The synopsis stated that the solicitation would be issued on or around 17 April 2010. The solicitation is currently under review and a revised release date has not been established. Potential Offerors are advised to continue to monitor the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navy.mil and Federal Business Opportunities at www.fbo.gov. When the solicitation is released, potential Offerors will have the opportunity to submit questions to the Navy. All such questions shall be received electronically within fifteen (15) days after release of the RFP to allow the Navy adequate time to prepare and issue responses to all Offerors prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals. Only questions transmitted electronically will receive a response. It is the Government's intention that questions and responses will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation. The Navy will continue to accept questions up to the closing date and time of the solicitation; however, time may not permit responses to be issued prior to receipt of proposals for questions received after the time set forth above. Receipt of proposals will be forty-five (45) days after issuance of the RFP.
