- Description
- The U. S. Coast Guard, Shore Infrastructure and Logistics Center, Norfolk, VA is procuring Full Food Services to be performed at U. S. Coast Guard Training Center, Yorktown, VA. A Solicitation HSCG84-10-R-AA5349 will be available on or about 5 May 2010, via FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform Full Food Services at U. S. Coast Guard Training Center, Yorktown, VA. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 15, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Contracting by Negotiation. This acquisition is set aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The period of performance is one base year, beginning 1 October 2010 through 30 September 2011, with four one-year option periods through 30 September 2015. The applicable NAICS Code is 722310 (Food Service) with a size standard of $20.5 million. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. All interested parties will be responsible for obtaining the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website referenced above. NOTE: Proposals from State Licensing Agencies (for Blind vendors) operating under the authority of the Randolph-Sheppard Act, 20 USC, 107(a-e), must be given a priority in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Education at 34 CFR 395.33. If proposal is received from a State Licensing Agency, the Government may consult with the Secretary of Education to determine whether priority should be given that proposal. This consultation may be necessary even if a proposal is judged as not having a reasonable chance for being selected for award.
