- NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award on a sole source basis a Fixed Price contract for the repair of Alarm Processor Units to the OEM, Fiber Sensys, LLC, 2925 NW Aloclerk Drive, Ste 130, Hillsboro, OR 97124. This proposed repair acquisition will include the following: 112 each, FD332 Alarm Processor Units, NSN: 6350ND022793J, P/N: FD332-TASS; 2 each FD205 Alarm Processor Units, NSN: 6350ND024179J, P/N: FD205-TASS and 1 each, Enclosure replacement for FD205 and FD332. Required Delivery: 30 days after receipt of assets. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by May 2010. No technicaldata/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within ten (10) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. See Note 22.
