- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. The Phoenix VA Health Care System is performing market research to determine if there are any companies that offer customized or off the shelf medicine cabinets described below or equivalent. The Government will use responses to this notice to make the appropriate acquisition decision. NAICS Code 337110 is proposed for this acquisition. The product needed is for five different types of cabinets; in patient room medication delivery, storage, surface for preparation of meds and charting. Type 1 A & B "Custom wood medicine cabinet w/antimicrobial metal components. "A - 22 " deep X 21 " wide "B - 18 " deep X 22 " wide "Double sided doors with pressurized lift systems on each door; front and back of cabinet, for delivery and retrieval of medicine "Push button/keyless locks with spring lock override on both doors "One metal bin on a track "3 shelves that will accommodate a 8" wide X 13 " long X 2 " high medication drawer "Cabinets mounted inside the nurse server (wall locker in between hallway and patient room) of each patient room. Type 2 "Medication Station w/antimicrobial metal "17" workstation with medication delivery and storage for multiple patients. "Dimensions: BV1724: Wood with laminate, 17" W x 24" H x 4" D Weight: 45 lbs "Pull-down, double panel, adjustable self-closing door with choice of locks "Four adjustable shelves "Five removable metal bins and powder-coated finish "Push-button lock w/key override Type 3 "Wood Med Station w/antimicrobial metal "18" medication station with a large work surface for the preparation of meds and charting. Inside the medication station is space for plenty of medications. "Wood with laminate, 18" W x 26" H x 4" D Weight: 35 lbs "Pull-down, double panel, adjustable self-closing door "2 fixed shelves, pharmacy envelope "Push-button lock w/key override Type 4 "Med Station- double "Dimensions: 25"h X 20"w X 5"d "Wood pull-down door- hinged 1" from the bottom to create a small pocket in the bottom of the cabinet.
