- The General services Administration is soliciting on behalf of the United States Department of Defense (DoD), United States Joint Military Services and The United States Department Of Homeland Security (DHS) for proposals on a small business set aside basis as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract, to provide authorized commercial off the shelf (COTS) chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) equipment, sets, kits, outfits for Department of Defense (DoD) specialized units/first responders and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) specialized units/first responders.
